Tandoori Chicken

Description :

The Indian BBQ Chicken. You may also use Fish or Prawns or other meats in place of chicken with this versatile Spice blend.

Ingredients :

  • Tandoori Spice
  • Curry Stir Fry Spice
  • Mango Pineapple Dip / Chutney
  • Yogurt – 2 Cups
  • Ace Curries’ Tandoori spice – 50 Grams
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Chicken pieces
  • For serving
  • Lemon juice – as per requirement
  • Sliced onions – as per requirement
  • Ace Curries’ Curry Stir Fry Spice mix
  • Ace Curries’ Mango Pineapple Dip

Method :

    Steps to make Tandoori Chicken
  1. In a bowl, add 2 cups of yogurt and 50 grams of Tandoori spice. Add salt to taste and mix them well.
  2. Take the chicken pieces and make 2-3 cuts if you are using separate drumsticks and thighs. Add them to the prepared paste and mix well.
  3. Put this marinate chicken into the fridge for 45 minutes.
  4. Next step is to cook it. You can use a baking tray lined with parchment or go with BBQ option to make the tandoori chicken.
  5. Serve it with sliced onions drizzled with lemon juice, Ace Curries’ Curry Stir fry spice mix or chilled Ace Curries’ mango Pineapple dip.
