Prawn Vindaloo

Description :

A Spicy Indian recipe from the very popular tourist destination city of Goa. All the flavors of the south coast of India with a very tasty after bite.

Ingredients :

  • Vindaloo Spice
  • Oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Onions- 2
  • Peppers – 1 teaspoon
  • Ace Curry’s Vindaloo Spice – 1 teaspoon
  • Tamarind/ tomato – 1
  • Wine/ Vinegar- 1 teaspoon
  • Prawns – 1 Kg
  • Ace Curry’s Garlic Yogurt – 2 teaspoon

Method :

    Steps to make Prawn Vindaloo
  1. Take a pan and add 4-5 teaspoons of oil.
  2. Add peppers, onions, and spice. Cook them in a low flame for two minutes.
  3. Add tamarind or tomato and cook for another two minutes.
  4. Next, add vinegar or wine and let it simmer.
  5. Add shrimp and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. It’s almost ready. Garnish your plate with chilies and try it with rice and Ace Curry’s Garlic Yogurt.
