Curry Hummus

Steps to make Curry Hummus

In a frying pan, heat 3 tbsp. olive oil. Add in the garlic & spice and cook it for 1 minute till brown.
Add in 1/8 cup water and allow it to simmer. Add in the chickpeas and jalapenos.
Cook till almost dry.
Take it off the flame.
Add all ingredients from the frying pan into a blender. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, cilantro leaves & salt and blend till smooth.
Add in 3 tbsp. sour cream and mix in well (OPTIONAL).
Serve with Naan Bread and Ace Tomato Chutney & Mango Pineapple Dip.
Use it as a Spread on a Sandwich or just a chip Dip.
