CHILLI CHICKEN

Description :

An Indo-Chinese Recipe, Spicy and Salty. Makes a fantastic snack or combined with a salad a fantastic meal.

    Steps to make CHILLI CHICKEN

    ( Best with Butter Chicken Spice or Coconut Curry Spice)

  1. Ace Spice Mix – 5 tsp or 25g,  Boneless chicken  2 lb  ( cubed to 2 inch pieces), one red onion & one bell pepper  diced (same size as chicken) ,     yogurt (optional) 1/4 cup,  salt to taste, cooking oil enough to stir-fry,  green chilies any type just seed them before only if you want it  HOT.
  2. Mix all items together and hold in fridge for 1 or 2 hours or overnight
  3. STIR FRY FOR BEST RESULTS in a Chinese WOK
  4. For a Healthier Way Bake on 375 for 30 to 40 minutes, turn once at 15 minutes  & check to see it is cooked thru before eating.
  5. Serve with Ace Curry Garlic Dip and Tomato Chutney Chilled.
