Chicken Curry

Description :

A simple and light Indian Curry. This can be made with any type of poultry or sea food.

Ingredients :

  • Garam Masala Spice
  • Chicken Curry Spice
  • Mango Pineapple Dip / Chutney
    • Sliced onion
    • Cubed chicken breast
    • Ace Curries Spice Mix
    • Crushed Tomato or fresh
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • Sliced chillies and cilantro leaves
    • For serving
    • Basmati rice
    • Ace CURRY GARLIC DIP Yogurt

Method :

    Steps to make Chicken Curry
  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot.
  2. Add in the sliced onion and sauté until brown.
  3. Add in the cubed chicken breast and cook till whitish.
  4. Add in Ace Curries Spice Mix & cook on medium for 2 minutes stirring as required.
  5. Add in crushed or fresh tomatoes and simmer. Cook till oil surfaces.
  6. Add in 1 tsp GARAM MASALA and stir in well.
  7. Simmer for 2 minutes and add in water. Simmer till the consistency is what you want.
  8. Garnish with some sliced chilies and cilantro leaves.
  9. Serve with BASMATI RICE and Ace CURRY GARLIC DIP Yogurt.
