Chicken Curry

Description :

A simple and light Indian Curry. This can be made with any type of poultry or sea food.

Ingredients :

  • Garam Masala Spice
  • Chicken Curry Spice
  • Mango Pineapple Dip / Chutney
    • Sliced onion
    • Cubed chicken breast
    • Ace Curries Spice Mix
    • Crushed Tomato or fresh
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • Sliced chillies and cilantro leaves
    • For serving
    • Basmati rice
    • Ace CURRY GARLIC DIP Yogurt

Method :

    Steps to make Chicken Curry
    • Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot.
    • Add in the sliced onion and saut√© until brown.
    • Add in the cubed chicken breast and cook till whitish.
    • Add in Ace Curries Spice Mix & cook on medium for 2 minutes stirring as required.
    • Add in crushed or fresh tomatoes and simmer. Cook till oil surfaces.
    • Add in 1 tsp GARAM MASALA and stir in well.
    • Simmer for 2 minutes and add in water. Simmer till the consistency is what you want.
    • Garnish with some sliced chilies and cilantro leaves.
    • Serve with BASMATI RICE and Ace CURRY GARLIC DIP Yogurt.
