A Very Tasty Recipe with Simple Ingredients that will Impress. I like to call it my INDIAN LASAGNA
Madras Korma Curry Sauce
Curry Garlic Dip Spice
Mango Pineapple Dip / Chutney
Red onion- as per requirement
2 cups of Basmati rice
3 chicken breasts (Cubed 1 1/2″)
Ace Curries’ Madras Korma Curry Sauce 360 ML
Ace Curry Garlic Dip Spice Mix
Ace Curries Mango Pineapple Dip (chilled)
Plain Yogurt 2 Cups.
Steps to make Chicken Biryani
Boil 2 cups of rice for 15-20 minutes and keep it aside.
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp cooking oil and add one red onion sliced and brown till crispy ( remove onions to the side and hold for later).
Add 4 tbsp. oil & heat in the same vessel. Add three chicken breasts (Cubed 1 1/2″) and cook till slightly brown.
Add 1 Jar Ace Curries MADRAS KORMA CURRY SAUCE and 1.5 cup of water and simmer it till chicken is cooked thru.
Coat lightly the inner bottom of a baking dish with sauce from chicken, add a layer 1 inch deep of cooked rice, over the rice lay out the chicken pieces and some sauce and repeat with rice layer and chicken layer.
Take left over rice and mix it with the fried onions, and this will form the top layer . Add some fresh Cilantro Leaves and 1.5 tsp of GARAM MASALA on top of rice and drizzle the juice of 1 lime or lemon over the top.
Cover the baking dish and set it in the oven at low temperature till ready to serve. (Minimum 10 minutes of baking is required).

You can also make this a vegetarian recipe by using healthy veggies like Carrots, Peas, Corn, Cauliflower, Beans etc, in place of chicken.
