Method :
Steps to make Butter Chicken
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pot and add the chicken and let it brown.
Add Ace Curry spice mix and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes. Add in the crushed tomato and simmer till oil surfaces.
Add in salt to taste and cream (or coconut milk). Simmer till chicken is cooked well.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with Naan Bread and Ace Curries Tomato Chutney. You can also add some Cucumber salad made with Ace Curry “Chaat Masala”.
