Method :
Steps to make Aloo Mattar / Potato & Pea Curry
Heat oil and add 1 sliced onion, let it brown.
Add Ace Curry Spice Mix, cook on low for 1 minute, and add potatoes.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes, green peas, and salt to taste.
Add water and boil till potatoes cooked through.
Add more water if required.
Serve Basmati rice and some Ace Curry TOMATO Chutney.
