Aloo Mattar / Potato & Pea Curry

Description :

A traditional curry. Very popular in most Indian households. It is Vegan and a very healthy recipe.Combining Potatoes, Green Peas & Tomatoes with a mildly spiced sauce.

Ingredients :

  • Tomato Chutney
  • Aloo Matar / Potato & Pea Curry Spice
  • For serving
  • Basmati rice
  • Ace Curry’s TOMATO Chutney

Method :

    Steps to make Aloo Mattar / Potato & Pea Curry
  1. Heat oil and add 1 sliced onion, let it brown.
  2. Add Ace Curry Spice Mix, cook on low for 1 minute, and add potatoes.
  3. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, green peas, and salt to taste.
  5. Add water and boil till potatoes cooked through.
  6. Add more water if required.
  7. Serve Basmati rice and some Ace Curry TOMATO Chutney.
