Curry Hummus

Method:

  • 5 tsp Ace Curries Channa Masala Spice mix, 2 cans Chickpeas( drained & rinsed), fresh Garlic 5 cloves, 6tbs Olive Oil , 2 Jalapeno Pepper’s (seeded) & Salt to taste. 5 to 6 tbsp. Lemon Juice (CILANTRO LEAVES optional) METHOD: In a fry pan heat 3 tbsp. olive oil add in the garlic & spice and cook 1 minute till brown, add in 1/8 cup water , when it simmers add in the chick peas and jalapenos. Cook till almost dry. Take it off the flame. Add all ingredients from the fry pan into a blender add the olive oil , lemon juice, cilantro leaves & salt and blend gently till smooth. Add in 3 tbsp. sour cream and mix in well ( OPTIONAL). Serve with Naan Bread and Ace Tomato Chutney & Mango Pineapple Dip. Use it as a Spread on a Sandwich or just a chip Dip.
