A Spicy and Tasty recipe eaten widely all over India. A style of Stir-fry that is very unique to the Indian Cuisine.
|Coconut Curry Spice|
- Ace Coconut Curry Spice Mix - 5 tsp or 25g, Boneless chicken 2 lb ( cubed to 2 inch pieces), one red onion & one bell pepper diced (same size as chicken) ,yogurt (optional) 1/4 cup, salt to taste, cooking oil enough to stir-fry, 4 green chilies any type(sliced) just seed them you want it Mild. Mix all items together and hold in fridge for 1 or 2 hours or overnight STIR FRY FOR BEST RESULTS in a Chinese WOK Serve with Ace Curries MANGO PINEAPPLE Dip and some Artisan Buns ( or other bread or Naan) and a Salad. For a Healthier Way Bake on 375 for 30 to 40 minutes, turn once at 15 minutes & check to see it is cooked thru before eating
