Method:

  • Heat oil, add in 1 sliced onion, slightly brown. Add in Ace Curry Spice Mix, Cook on low for 1 minute, add in potatoes and cook 2 minutes stirring occasionally, Add in the tomatoes and the green peas and salt to taste. Add water and boil till potatoes cooked thru. Add more water if required. Serve Basmati rice and some Ace Curry TOMATO Chutney.
